HELP MY BLOG HAS DISAPPEARED. DUNNO WHERE ITS GONE. SORRY.

told ya so

so back in march i claimed that it is impossible to make a rock documentary (or rockumentary if you will) without David Fricke finding a way to get in there and use the word 'seminal'. I was very pleased to see that he found his way into the Flight of the Conchord's doco by interviewing Morrisey. and he still needs to be queer-eyed. unlike morrisey.

but yay for the conchords doing so well. the doco demonstrated that they are huge with american fat chicks, and luckily for them, that's a large market. especially if they release their music in donut form.

meanwhile i've been talking to Elliot Brown from the Stomps about doing some more gigs together. We'll play at Bodega Dec 21, and hopefully earlier that month at Happy. I'm trying to come up with a name for the show that will reflect that the show features songwriters, but not the tedious tell us all your problems kind.
